When we were preparing the product for shipping we make sure that we do everything we could to prevent breakage of the fragile items. However, due to the rough handling of the shipping carrier you might find your item broken when you received it.
Don't worry! Just write down your name and number on a piece of paper, set beneath the broken item and take a picture. Send it right away to firstname.lastname@example.org. A new one will be on your way ASAP, that's free of charge.
